Mould pre-heat oven
The moulds pre-heat oven is used for tempering container glass moulds and keeping their rated temperature. The oven is designed to reach a maximum temperature of 600 °C during approx. 2 hours.
The moulds pre-heat oven is equipped with the direct gas heating with a proportional control system and decompression channel preventing the inner pressure increase. The proportional process of heating is controlled by a microprocessor regulator.
The heating unit consists of the automatic gas burner fixed on the heating chamber rear wall. The burner is joined with a heating tube pointed to the suction of a recirculating fan. The high-power fan recirculates the air in a closed space. The air goes through the loading trolley desk around the heated moulds and is sucked by the fan again.
The loading trolley is equipped with the independent drive for loading and unloading of moulds to/from the oven. The loading grate placed on the support frame slides is designed for a maximum load of 1000 kg. Both front and rear axles are driven and move on rails.
The heating chamber is closed by the vertically moving door. The lifting mechanism positioned on the chamber frame beams is equipped with an independent drive. When the door is dropped to the bottom position it is automatically fixed and sealed.
The whole procedure of the door lifting, loading trolley moving as well as heating process itself is fully automatic. All operations, both executive and safety, follow in logical steps and are initiated by pressing a single bottom only. Loading trolley moving to and out of the oven requires no physically demanding assistance from the operator – pressing the button will do the job.
